Monday weigh in...

Figure a weekly weight in should suffice to keep track of progress on the weight loss thing. Mondays, being the start of the week, is a good a day as any.

So todays weight: 99Kg.

Which is a kilo or two down from last week. Considering how I felt hungry several times last week I would have been rather upset if no weight had gone!

Now I can only hope that as my body gets accustomed to less food going in it will whinge about being hungry less, but I doubt it. As with everything else, time will tell.
